And where are these so called jobs coming from. Places are closing due to reeves national insurance hike. Are they thinking that bosses are going to choose those who need time off due to disabilities or those who don't. And what adaptions are they going to put in, when there scrapping access to work. Why don't they try people with voluntary work for those who want to. Not force them to find jobs when they are unable to work

It can only be voluntary, if not then again legal issues will arise. You cannot force someone who is disabled and incapable of doing doing work into work unless the individual wants to try.

Where I live in a holiday resort, a lot of jobs are seasonal and people have to sign on in-between so there just aren't enough jobs for people to do here.
