Hi, I have reported to UC that my daughter has left school but will be doing A levels at our local sixth form college, so continuing in non advanced full time education. I'm worried that we will have our transitional protection taken from us, if its seen as a change in circumstances? There have been no financial changes, she literally had to transitiona from school to college at 16, as her school didnt have a sixth form. Can anyone advise about this please?

Your Transitional Protection will not change.
That is not a change of circumstances that ends it.
