WCA Automatically put into Support group.

Quick question.
I have my WCA by Telephone yesterday, call lasted less than 10 minutes as the Health Professional said I would automatically be entitled to ESA and would advise the DWP that I should be placed into the Support Group as I have severe incontinence issues and have been prescribed pads on repeat prescription, and apparently the letter I sent from the Hospital prescribing the pads and the fact that I have leakage (Soiling) even with the pads around 2/3 times per week automatically qualifies me.
I really don’t want to get my hopes up, but could this be true ?.
Many Thanks.

The ESA Support Group criteria are detailed here:
The DWP Decision Maker is the one who decides, they usually follow the recommendation but not always.
