Problems with social care making me very stressed

Hello I have autism and mental health problems and I am really stressed because of social care problem. I had a care act needs assessment 3 months ago and I got an email afterwards with my assessment saying I am eligible under the Care Act 2014 due to meeting 5 out of 10 criteria.
I was happy because I need help and because I am being discharged from my mental health team soon so I will not have help from them. My mental health team agree I need help. 2 weeks ago I got a phone call from the social worker who said that they don't actually give support they just send people to things like charities and he sent me a email with a link for an autism charity and a link to a list of nutritionists which does not help at all. I don't go out on my own because I have problems with what to do and understanding people and being overwhelmed and confused and anxious quickly. He called me again a few days later and said that they can't help because they don't have an autism team. I know these things are not true because I looked it up and everything says that once they have said I am eligible for help they have to do a support plan legally.
My mum and I have done a complaint and sent it and have added more about how I did not understand the social worker properly because he was talking very fast and using lots of words and it was on a phone call which I did not know was happening. He has also done some silly things like suggest to use a food and recipe delivery box like hello fresh to help with my cooking and food problems but that is a silly idea because lots of the time I get muddled and upset with simpler things like sandwiches and frozen meals you put in the oven so different recipes will be even worse.
I feel very scared because I want to go out and do fun and good things and have a job one day and live more independently like in supported living but I can't and that's what I think they are supposed to help with. It says that they should reply to my complaint in 20 days but I am very stressed waiting and I keep crying. I am scared that they will say again that they will not help. Please do you have any advice or support? Thank you
