hi there and welcome to the forum I just wanted to say that you should consider calling them pull up pants as it's more grownup.
However you can get them off the NHS your OT should be able to supply you with some. The other option is to get them in Boots, Superdrug or any other supermarket chains but they might be expensive.
The other thing I would recommend is that you visit the coffee lounge for a general chat or the games den for some fun.0 -

UC health assessment my doctors been sent up 113 foam I have osteoarthritis knee cardiovascular disease but that down on foams and my medication I take there ask can I walk can lift things how my illness effect my daily life .on all the questions he but unable to comment .is that bad for me or is that stand thing there do .I bit confused like some help if any one can help me please

All these forms can be a lot so it's understandable why you're confused! Your doctor writing "unable to comment" can be quite seen as standard as some GPs don’t give detailed info on how your illness affects your daily life.
Have you explained in your own form that about how your conditions affect you day to day activities?
