Private pension
So I took my private pension 3 years ago (£65 pm) due to poor health, it's accounted for under UC in my calculation and when I migrated to UC I got the transitional protection.
Recently I got another pension notification from another pension I paid into for a year and I am wondering whether if I apply to take it due to poor health as well, whether that counts as a change in circumstances and if I would then lose my transitional protection?
It's not like it makes a big difference it would probably be £50 pm if that and no doubt they would adjust my UC payment to account for it, just wondering if it would affect my transitional protection?

It shouldn't impact your Transitional Protection as it's not a major change that ends it, and it shouldn't reduce it as your UC entitlement won't increase.
