Random UC Journal message

Hello to all!
I just got this random message on our UC Journal, am I safe to ignore it? Should I reply? Is it a trick? I'm so worried that I'm being tricked either way; either by ignoring it and we get sanctioned or if I reply saying "no thank you, I'm not ready etc" and they sanction us.

Heya @PeachyAna90 it's nothing to worry about, it's all voluntary! We've written a bit about it here, so that's worth having a look at.

Thank you very much! They say that people with life long health conditions wouldn't be contacted, yet I have CP and I've still been contacted. Should I reply at all? I know its voluntary but I'm still terrified of it being a trap 😅

I think they've just been sending them to anyone with LCWRA to be honest. It's fine to reply and just say a polite no thank you. It won't be held against you. 😁

Thank you Albus, I'll reply to them now.
