Hi my name is christian
I was diagnosed Bipolar 22 years ago. About 10 years ago after losing my job, wife and home I bought a rucksack and went for a walk to clear my head. After a year or two I applied for support as I could no longer find ways to provide for myself. I got ESA and was put in the support group. I'm struggling with Long Covid (with brain fog relapse) now as well as numerous other long term health issues. I think I need to come in from the wild. I have no idea how to start the process or even if there is one.

hi there unfortunately I'm not an expert in the ESA world but what I would recommend is visiting the coffee lounge for a general chat or the games room for some fun

Welcome to the community @chrisbod. Sorry if I've misunderstood, are you homeless at the moment?
What kind of support are you looking for? Hopefully we can help point you towards some supportive places to get started ☺️
