They're saying I have to wait 3-4 assessments for LCWRA? I thought I was entiled to it from the start? I migrated from the ESA support group I don't understand.

Unfortunately UC often give out the wrong advice.

You are entitled to LCWRA automatically.

It's probably a delay in ESA confirming your award.

You could try bypassing the Journal staff and make a formal complaint over the delay.

Thank you, I think I will. I'm really tired of this.

Update, a day after threatening them with a complaint and contacting my local my MP they added LCWRA and gave me the the money I'm owed. Happy days!

WryLucky…Well done…I don't know if you seen my thread but ESA said they provided the details to UC on 18th September and resubmitted them today. They still say they are waiting for confirmation from ESA and I don't want to openly call them liars (but they are). I suspect I'm going to have to go down the same route as you if they don't sort this out…Sick with anxiety..

Honestly, I would just send a complaint. Being nice and paitent doesn't seem to work.

@Mary_Scope Oh, it is. And thank you for the help everyone on here.
