And does anyone know if I can challenge this, as I getting same money as before migrating from ESA to universal credit?

Your Council Tax Reduction has been reduced by £8 a week.
Council Tax Reduction is decided on at a local level with each local authority having different rules.
Some areas do treat UC differently to legacy benefits and some people have seen an increase in the amount of CT they have to pay.
If the bill has had the correct rules applied, I do not see that you have any grounds to challenge it.

Thanks Kim, so there getting her 8 billion black hole back ,slighty Iam now also in 3 weeks rent arrears and now also 32 pounds down with this council tax, labour have to be the most horrid government ever, and these me wanting rid of the conservatives 👎👎👎
