Pip Tribunal - View online evidence?

Hi, can anyone advise me if when you have submitted evidence online by uploading it, how can you view what evidence is on your file? My tribunal is on 13 October by video link and I want to make sure that all evidence that I have submitted is showing on my file. I can track the application online etc but can’t see where I can view the information/ evidence uploaded.
regards

All evidence you supply the court is read by the court and sent to the other party, this also applies to the DWP or PIP.
You can ask for a copy of the documents that are going to be used in the Tribunal to make sure that I you have missed any thing or wish to add further information you can do so before the date of the tribunal.
Even on the day you will be asked if you want the court to look at further information, they will photostat it and give this to the other party for them to see before going in.

So given that evidence is submitted online and my tribunal is by video link, there is no mechanism to view that all the evidence was uploaded correctly and received properly? As we know some files/ documents can corrupt and not load even though the system advised documentation submitted. What I don’t want is for information to be missing from the tribunal appeal that could be vital to my case

Hi @Lanson66, I've been through a PIP tribunal and I remember receiving all the evidence from both sides through the post before the tribunal date. This was a few years ago though so I don't know if they still do this. Hopefully someone else will have more recent experience and can advise you.
I understand not wanting information to be missing, the process is stressful enough. I'm hopeful that everything was uploaded without issues and that you have a positive outcome.

Hi, I think it’s standard practice to receive the bundle of information prior to the tribunal date which I received several months ago, this outlines why DWP reached their initial decision. Since then I have uploaded much more supporting documentation to contradict their original decision, I am able to upload documents to support my argument and up to the court date. What I ideally need to see is a list of documents which have been uploaded, I’m guessing that this isn’t an option so once my video tribunal gets on the way, if some documents sent as evidence have not been uploaded then there’s no way of resolving this during a video hearing

Sorry I have not replied before:
1. Make a list of documents you have submitted.
2. Make a list of documents that you want to see.
3. Make a list of questions you want to ask, (and a brief description of what you think the answer will be.)
4. You will find that by being prepared, a bit of pre-arming of what you want from the tribunal is good. In writing out questions you will find it will jog other question, that when put under pressure to answer you forget to add little points.
Always remember the tribunal is for your benefit to make sure that fair play is given to you, since the other side do this for a living.
Your first question is to ask if the other party has adhered to the direction given by the tribunal and given you a copy of the documents you have requested. If not why?
If its about an assessment of access to financial help to benefits, you need to know if the assessor has read your medical history and read any up to date treatment or medication you receive?
If so what is their background to allow them to read and write a report about your medical history and treatment.
To state they have been doing this for years, is not a medical background…. Its only an opinion and cannot be used since the report should have been completed on headed paper, be sent to you, showing their medical expertise on the day of the assessment and be registered on a GMB or NMC register before the assessment.
If they get past that, on the panel there is a Doctor as one of the members, ask them if they think that this report is acceptable in their eyes. They will either say we are not allowed to adjudicate in this matter, (which is wrong) then say Since I am having to accept an opinion of an assessor with no qualification I have seen submit it to a decision maker who also has no qualification, I would except your opinion and ask why if it is acceptable is it not in my medical history. SINCE, all assessments whether financial or treatment are entered into your medical history because they are qualified to do so, and I want this report entered into my medical history for the people who treat me to see, when I leave here.
There is usually an adjournment and the case is thrown out because they have no supporting evidence that can gazump your medical history.
THIS IS MY OPINION AND YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISION AS TO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. (and not knowing your case I can only make a general opinion.)

Sorry when I said about treatment I meant the NHS can enter it onto your medical files, the same as when you see a GP.
From birth to death every thing is entered into your medical records, even things you had done and forgot about.
The Tribunal is for you to have an opinion in court, if you truly believe that they are wrong then collate your own evidence, mine had a habit of being rewrote. I bit hard when you have a slave drive that goes back over 40 years. They can name a day and if I have written to them on that day I can quote chapter and verse.
