Hi, my name is julia777! Problems with direct payments, any ideas?

I got direct payments regularly.i put in again and social worker keeps saying it's the system thats nearly two months.and my son key worker put in for respite money back in.july as he was going away with his day care centre in September for four days still waiting.the direct payments were passed for transport for my son to get to day centre and they left my down fall off £1000.i ask social worker to go back and ask for bit more.was told no.social worker hasn't been in touch.i complained to western health and they much said nothing they could do
