Review
I had a message telling me I was being reviewed and that they want 4mnths of bank statements and I.D. proof. I did that and was told to expect a call. I'm sure I also read on there ( the next day) I was having the call today btw 2-3. Sat here now and no call. Also can't find where I saw the date and time of expected call. ? Now I feel I should mention that I think I've caught that sickness big and haven't been able to leave the bathroom for hours. I feel dreadful and UC have made it worse. My head's all over the place worrying about this. What could be wrong. Anyone had UC do this to them
Thank you everyone

Hi @janejr, sorry to hear you've been unwell, sickness bugs are never pleasant! Did they call you back in the end? Unfortunately, sometimes they do miss the time they're supposed to call which is always really frustrating.
If they didn't get back to you yesterday, hopefully they'll be able to let you know when they'll try again. If you have access to your journal, you could try popping a message on there to say you were ready and waiting for the call but nobody rang, and ask whether another appointment has been arranged.
Fingers crossed it all gets sorted out soon.
