new here. 55 yr old male with PN. started out small in right foot in 2018, has since spread laterally in both feet - very painful and debikitating- reg'd disabled now and struggling to manage my life as a newly mobility disabled person. looking for advice on diet and alt med's as I have tried all the NHS routes with little improvement
