Hi, my name is jamies!

I've had OCD all my life it's a struggle all the time thinking and worrying about things constantly people always ask me for help but they don't know how bored fed up I am I never see anyone outside off work come home watch TV bed work same everyday life's rotten I've got members of my family I think off all the time but they have there. Own life's happy when I see my wee dog once a week for an hour but I've never asked for help but you would think people would realise when I say to them at work when they ask what did you get up to and I say nothing totally browned off thanks

Hey @james19o6 it's a warm welcome from me too.
As Bluebell has said, we're all here for chats and support. 😊 I know you've said your family all have their own lives, but I'm sure they'd hate to think you were on your own. Maybe reach out to them and say hi?0
