in Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

Hi ive almost filled in my online form for universal credit but I think ive messed up I have quite a few health conditions which I typed into the boxes but ive put a few of the in one box I think I should have put them all in separate boxes but I cant go back to part of the form what should I do please .

    Once you've filled out all the questions, you will be able to edit any answers.
