Not able to post earning/expenses

Hello everyone from a wet and wild Wales today.

My wife and I run a small business and are classified as self employed. For the last few months due to my sudden illness it has run at a loss. I have recently been awarded UC, LCWRA and PIP at the higher rate. My wife has been told by UC she should now be claiming carers (I'll look into that a bit later),

Each month we get a message and we both have to report our income and outgoings but this month we have received the usual message, but I cannot find a link or anywhere to actually report it.

Is this a fault or is that right please?
