Hello naznaz and welcome
Is this a new claim or a change from DLA ?
It is important to try and understand the scoring system, the descriptors and the criteria for an award. A good place to start is the self test on the B&W site
http://www.mybenefitsandwork.co.uk/pip/indexxx.php
There is also a lot of info on here and the CAB site.
Please have a look around and come back with any questions

As this is a change from DLA it is even more important that you understand the criteria which are different

Hi @naznaz
The format off pip is completley different than dla.
You really need to know the difference before attempting to fill in the form in the 1st place.
We have got some great info here:
https://www.scope.org.uk/support/disabled-people/benefits/pip
I would also contact our helpline, they will be able to point you in the right direction
