Cancelled my appointment saying had enough evidence to do without?

Hi I have lcw i have gout diabetes and have just been in to hospital for a foot operation i won't be back on my feet for at least 18 22 weeks then I have to get the other foot done after that I had a assessment on 26 September 2026 but they cancelled it saying they had enough evidence to do it without

You had what's known as a paper based assessment. This is where the assessor feels they have enough information with either minimal or no further input from the claimant.
You should receive the decision in due course.
If it was for PIP you can ring and ask for a copy of the assessment report.
If it was a UC WCA you'll have to wait for the outcome.
