hello all.

I am new to scope and hope to lean on the group knowledge of you fine people.

I submitted a change of circumstances PIP2 last week ahead of my 10 yesterday renewal date of March next year. I am so much more poorly nowadays and have developed a few more not so fun chronic illnesses.

How long might one expect hear from PIP please. I submitted so much paperwork.

Heya @PuppyMad and welcome to the community.

A change of circumstances may end up with your award being reassessed early and there's current a big backlog, so unfortunately you may be waiting a fair while.

https://forum.scope.org.uk/profile/PuppyMad I had a text to say my change of circumstances was received nine weeks ago, and a text to say my forms were with maximus eight weeks ago, and now I’m just twiddling my thumbs waiting. I think the wait is worse at the beginning then just becomes tiresome and annoying, and doesn’t help increased anxiety at all.

3 weeks is good. @PuppyMad Did you get the award you were hoping for? I'm still waiting. The DWP has had my forms for over 12 weeks, and Maximus has had them for 11 weeks. 😕
