    my man had his fav meal burgers ,, and me veggetable and mash potatoes …. I know 🤣🤣🤣 had a chicken Kiev but even you make it as my man was chef used to I did not like it for some reason I am off the food a bit I always blame my tablets 🤣🤣🤣

    Yesterday I enjoyed sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, salad and a pitta bread. All with various chillies.

    I hope your chicken salad was good.

    I only eat once every other day. That's worked fine for me for about 30 years.
