Hi, my name is kaysha! Change of circumstances - new rate?
hi there just looking for some advice my partner did a change of circumstances and the auto line (pip) still says the same rate as before , it’s his pay day tomorrow can anyone please give me some advice kind regards

Hi @kaysha and welcome to the community! Just to clarify, were you assuming that due to the change of circumstances the rate would change?
It would depend on the change made as to whether the rate would change.
Sorry I used the word 'change' a lot there! Hope it makes sense 😊

Hi there just worried it’s been stopped but really fussed if it says the same rate just my partners health has got worse and the increase would really help , we’ve had a text to say descion has been made and waiting on letter but it’s his payday tomorrow and don’t know what to expect x

The information given on the automated line isn't reliable.
You can call and ask the outcome, but they won't always give out that information over the phone.

Ah I see @kaysha. I'm sorry your partners health has got worse, that must be difficult for you both. I understand it's worrying thinking about what will happen after a change of circumstances but fingers crossed you do get an increase. Try not to worry, it's doubtful that they'd stop it, escpecially with your partners worsening condition.

just really worried that it’s been stopped it might even stay at same rate , yh fingers crossed he gets an increase 😊, he has very very high blood pressure been put on medication for it and also gets a prescription for medical canibis and has authritis x
