Hi I have finally submitted me and my partners online claim for UC. what happens now please ?

    Hi,

    You will receive messages in the journal telling you the next steps.

    If you weren't able to complete the ID verification online then that will be done next.

    If you were able to complete the ID verification then the next step will most likely be confirming your commitments to UC. They may ask you to attend a Job Centre in person for this, although I was allowed to do it online through the journal myself.

    ok thanks, i think we just gave our passport details on the online form
