I have recently been told i have had to migrate to Universal credit ,

iwas tolld i had to attent an appointment or i would loose my benefits , i turned up as was told due to the money i had i would no longer receive any benefits or rent .

The money i have is due to overpayments , so i was told i need to contact esa and pip to get copies of overpayment letters . or i would loose all benefits .

however i have been on the phone for hours last two days , and after an hour each time ,

(48 mins, 52 mins 63 mins) the call cuts off , i am now getting told i need to get the evidence by tuesday ,

I have severe anxiety , epilepsy and autism , and this has already caused me to have seizures as a result of the stress.

Anything i can do

Are you able to contact your local Citizens Advice Office or similar organisation for help with this? If you would struggle to do this yourself do you have a relative or friend that can help to contact an advice agency for help? If you are in council or housing association property your housing officer may be able to advise you. I don't understand how you can have an over payment of PIP as this isn't means tested.

Put a message in your journal to explain that you can't get the evidence from the DWP by Tuesday. Even if you do get through on the phone on Monday, DWP post won't arrive within 24 hours.
