What I hope Heaven would be like is…firstly I'd love to be greated by dad who is smiling and so happy and pain free.My beloved animals will be with him.The air will be so fresh,We will be able to fly and have our own wings.Be able to swim under water where the water temperature is perfect. There is no currency there. No illnesses.Lots of fresh food and pure water.Racism and Homophobia doesn't exist. If my son is still alive I would like to be able to give him signs that im around and send him love.

    Interesting question thanks.

In my opinion the only practical means for heaven to work would necessitate each individual having their own unique heaven, including all the people with whom they'd like to share it and none of those they wouldn't.

Imagine trying to get all of the people who've ever passed to agree even just what temperature it should be!

Decades ago I vaguely remember reading a short story which envisioned earth as a heaven. People had previous lives they were unaware of, and the next heaven would be available to them after they passed. There are multiple layers of heaven. If I remember the author I may add that. It was an interesting way to imagine many potential futures. Who knows?

    Good luck

    What interesting posts. ☺️

I don't give a lot of thought to heaven or any form of the afterlife, but I do believe in the concept of heaven and hell on earth, as we live, because I've experienced both. So I've been trodding along in life pretty much focused on that. It's not that I believe or don't believe in the concepts of heaven, hell or the afterlife; it's just that I'm not too interested in these ideas. Heaven on earth to me is when people communicate clearly, when people have each others' backs, when people are kind and caring and helpful to the members of our own species as well as other species, when people listen with their hearts first then their heads but heart always trumps head, when people want to make the world a better place for eachother, and when everything and everyone are slow. Or along those lines. Hell is the opposite of heaven.

For some reason a couple of weeks ago this video popped up in my feed on YouTube. I have no idea why it popped up, but I really like the perspective. It's just got me thinking in another way, especially as I am building a new life now as a recently physically disabled person, which is really kind of an afterlife.
