Hi, I'm new here, not sure what or how this site works yet . Doing this is right out of my comfort zone, but here goes, I am an older shy person but would love to meet people in my area for coffee or join a group/club. I do have mobility issues (copd overlap asthma)

Facebook community groups, local Meetup.com groups, local library website, are ways to find out about events & groups to get out and meet people.

Posters in local businesses, GP, Library, and shops can often be useful.

Your GP surgery might have a social prescriber.
