I recieved adult disability at Enhanced rate for 2 years until my review they said I don't meet the requirements anymore, it says a letter from my gp said that I have thyroid disease, functional neurological disorder and bladder retention they didn't include that I have high blood pressure and also kidney disease. I am applying for a redetermination as I have supporting evidence of all the conditions I have and these all affect my daily life, adult disability have said I can do everything as I have to self cathererise every day to empty my bladder so I the ability to complete all tasks, has anyone ever won their redetermination and can you get help with the redefinition

Hi @molly2287 and a warm welcome to the the community from me
Some people do win their redetermination or appeals especially if they provide more evidence that backs up their claim! Here is some more information on challenging an Adult Disability Payment (ADP) decision that I hope will be helpful.
Citizens Advice can sometimes help you fill in forms so it's definitely worth contacting your local one if possible to see if they are able to help😊1
