ID and online journal
Moving over next week to UC, can I have a phone ID due to the fact that I'm having a pet scan tomorrow for cancer so unsure of the outcome. Also what sort of username do you have to have
And the commitment what is that about, I'm in the support by the amount of esa I get now

Hi,
If your ID can't be verified online then UC will most likely send you an appointment for a Job Centre visit. At that point you can ask for a telephone appointment instead.
You can just use your normal name for the username on UC. It doesn't have to be anything obscure like public forums.
Everyone has to confirm commitments for UC. If you are currently in the Support Group then you will be put into the LCWRA group for UC. In that case, your commitments are just to check the journal regularly and to report any changes in future. (No work related commitments for LCWRA group).
