What are the telephone interview questions?

in Universal Credit (UC)

Can please tell me exactly the questions they ask in the telephone interview. For example My PIN doesn't work on my bank card and I am waiting for a new card so I can't give them an accurate balance…….will that matter

    No-one can tell you exactly as they ask different questions to different people to verify your identity. It’s based on information they have for you on their records

    A nice lady rang me yesterday to say I had missed my appointment on Monday…….trouble was no one gave me an appointment on Monday so I couldn't miss an appointment I didn't have or been told about……could I? Does this happen a lot…………..?

    Oh that's odd @rosencrantz. Did they say if they'd sent you an appointment letter? Have they rearranged it?

    She did not say they had sent a letter. I had my "migratory interview" (awful jargon……..the process took two hours!).I am now seeing the young lady tomorrow

    Hi,

    They won't send paper letters for Universal Credit. Any appointments should show in the journal instead.

    (Unless you have a telephone claim - they might send letters for those)
