How soon after do I get the ID check and commitment thing. I'm doing uc claim next Wednesday, someone helping me do it online. It's just next week I have to let the hospital know what day I be available for my lung cancer results. The following week, My friend going to be with me. It will be by phone. I am so stressed at the moment with both. I read that they ask you if you have to go I to hospital for treatment on the form, I won't know my results by then. So what will I put

My ID check was 10 days after I submitted my form though they told me the appointment day and time within 24 hours. If you have a hospital appointment just write it on your journal - UC should work around it and be able to offer you an appointment on another day. They were very accommodating to me

Because UC treats every application as a new application, they ask about health conditions to see if you might need to go on the "health journey".

It's not really that important as you will go straight into the LCWRA group after ESA confirm your previous award.

So a basic list of health conditions is sufficient.

If you are given an appointment which isn't convenient, you can ask for it to be changed.
