I am on the lowe level of pip due to Narcolepsy,, and virus mental health issues, because I can't drive and can't use public transport AM I able to apply for a disability mower and have my registered carer drive it for me so I can get out and about

You need to be receiving the enhanced mobility side of pip to apply for a motability car.

Hi @TerryBarnes0 and welcome to the community.
To be eligible for a Motability car you need to be receiving the higher rate of the mobility element. As you are on the lower level you would be unable to apply.
Is your carer able to take you out in their own vehicle?
