Hi, my name is Cazzza! Can I go back into the ESA support group after working for a short time?

I was previously in esa support group but returned to work 5 months ago as I felt I could return on my old hours which were more than 16 so left the support group. I deeply regret this as I'm not coping and so can I reduce my hours to 12 and reapply for esa and go back into the support group.
