Confused by ID appointment

I had a appointment book for a phone call for next week about my ID. The list they said things to have was like photo ID, address. So how can I show this.
Also what do they ask you by phone , I'm scared stiff. It said it take 20 minutes. What does it ask about savings as I have under £6000, but some was back pay from pip, I had a while back, and I used to work under permit work.

I had the ID phone call - they asked me my full name, address and date of birth. Then which benefits I currently claim and my previous address. I did have to drop in to the jobcentre with my bank card later to verify my bank account. The man who phoned me was lovely and he was able to set up alternative payment arrangements for me. A lot of the phone call was him just giving me information - saying I could now apply for an advance and answering any questions I had 0
