Hi I'm new here and have to fill in an ESA50 form
Has anyone been successful with getting ESA for ME/CFS?
The form is quite daunting as some of my answers will be it varies
Any thoughts would be appreciated, thank

The ME Association has some information (under DWP Universal Credit – A Guide to Applications).
The UC50 and ESA50 forms are identical.
With the Work Capability Assessment if a claimant cannot do an activity reliably, repeatedly, safely and in a timely manner for more than 51% of the time, they are treated as unable to do the activity.
I'd highly recommend getting help with filling in the forms.
