You would need to start by reporting your health condition, and submitting a Fit Note to trigger the Work Capability Assessment process.

If you are awarded LCWRA and applied for Housing Element your award would look like:
£400.14 Standard Allowance
£423.27 LCWRA element
£438.59 Housing Element
After topping up your rent you'd be left with £751.41.

Thank you for posting that.
I don't know very much about UC as you can see and my autism has been there since I was a child, would they able to backdate the money from start of my UC claim, or from just when I started the claim for LCWRA?

From when you hand in your first Fit Note.
LCWRA does have a waiting period of three full assessment periods, no money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
