Migrated from esa to UC
Good morning. I posted on here 4 weeks ago, So I migrated over on the 1st of September from the support group with sdp and my first statement on the 7th October was £0 (they didn't add the lcwra element but had transitional protection on) but received nothing. Now my statement for the 7th of November has the lcwra on but nn transitional protection. I'm still losing out on money. Can this be right? If anyone could guide me. Thanks

This Was the first statement i received on the 7th October £0 no lcwra added but had the TP. Then the second statement I received for 7th November, it had the lcwra element on but no TP. this takes my money from £489.30 to £373.10 with the £16.67 off for my advanced loan. Can this be correct?

Hi,
This is not correct. It looks like they have added LCWRA as a new element. That would wipe out the TP.
However, because you had Support Group in ESA, LCWRA should have been added at the start, so you should still get TP on top of that.

Agreed.
You can add a Journal note (using the payment option) stating Transitional Protection is incorrectly missing, due to the delayed LCWRA element being counted as a change in circumstances, which is wrong because you migrated from ESA Support Group.

Thank you very much for helping. I will do this now.
