Gateway self employment interview

I have been asked to attend a gateway phone interview on behalf of my son who I am appointee for. He was migrated over from ESA support group and had permitted work. I understand he can have self employment on UC and is LCWRA so will not have to meet other self employment commitments. Has anyone got any experience of what to expect with one of these interviews and what to expect.

He is not obligated to go to an appointment because of LCWRA. Message them on the journal.

It is with myself as his appointee and it's a phone call. I just wasn't too sure what to expect. Thank you for answering.
