Inheritance and no means tested benifits
Hello im after some advice please Me and my partner have 2 children one 3 and one 9 and were not married but love together in my house thats owned outright his names not on the house but we claim universal credit as a joint couple. He works full time 40 hours a week and im claiming pip for depression and anxiety along with new style esa and dla middle for my daughter aged 9, his due to inherit around £40k in the next month or 2 will all my benefits be stopped or just the universal credit the money will go in his name in his bank account we dont have a joint bank account im after some advise please.

The Universal Credit will stop once he reports the inheritance.
You claim as a couple so the capital limit of £16k applies to you jointly.

Yes as none of those are means tested.
