Can't Log in to UC online account

Hello,

I have tried logging into my UC online account earlier this evening and I either get delayed codes or they come on time but both say error code. I phoned UC helpline and lady sent a message to Job Centre and said they will call me to try to resolve this. I won't hold my breath. Has anyone else had problems with logging in either delayed codes or codes that don't work when they do come through? I tried changing password but codes come through to late and don't work anyway. Is there a problem? I saw this on their website once but it didn't affect me. Is anybody else having trouble logging in? I feel anxious.
