Dwp going into banks
I've seen quite a few articles now highlighting that dwp taking money out of people bank account and closing them, even innocent people. Then reports of them coming to your house. How true is is. I have nothing to hide but seems worrying if they do this to innocent people

The new law doesn't start until April so it's drivel as is always with certain parts of the net.
even then It has to be reviewed by a human and I'm sure closing someones bank account would be legally dangerous ground they'd simply take the money and Prosecute.

Currently the DWP have only been checking bank accounts. The bank manager at my bank told me. I said that will be for Universal Credit and he said PIP as well. I said PIP is not means tested and I just got a look...
