Hi , can anyone tell me, if my enhanced pip for both parts ends 2027, but I am being reassessed in September 2026, will the assignment form in September 2026 be the same form that is being used now? Our will it be the new style form that is meant to be rolled out November 2026?
Thanks Darren

Hard to say. You seem to be worrying about it quite early, keep calm and relax, there's another year to go. I think there are changes to the PIP review form already as members have stated it is different. Hopefully another member will clarify this.
The title of your thread alarmed me, I thought you had lost your PIP award. Do you think you will lose it? Try not to worry about it!
