Hernia Advice

Hi,


Does anyone have any advice for an Umbilical Hernia? I am 26 year old female with other health issues. One of these being gastrointestinal related.

The GP has prescribed me some Codeine but I just wondered if anyone knew of anything else that could help?

    I have one but it doesn't cause me any pain or discomfort and it's small. Are you asking for advice because yours bulges and hurts?

    Thanks for your comments and sorry for my delay in getting back to you.

    I was offered tablets for the pain and thankfully, the pain has subsided. Although, I still have the hernia.
