World Cup 2026 - 28 Year Wait
I thought i might need medical attention there, Scotland beat Denmark 4 - 2. I hope trump behaves himself with fan access to the US!

The first time they have qualified since 1998.
Trump's mother was Scottish, I'm sure he will welcome the fans 🏴

Oh I know how long it has been, lol. I decided not to bother with France 98, maybe next one I thought!
Trump was belly-aching about maybe stopping certain cities hosting games, blah blah. The guy doesn't behave himself on principle I reckon.

Next One 🤣🤣.
I gave up and switched to rugby, but they were just as bad. Have never had a victory against the all blacks in 120 years 🙈

I have no interest in rugby union at all. Rightly or wrongly, I associate it with private schools or whatever. I just don't know anyone who follows it. The same goes for cricket.

An excuse to bring up one of my favourite quotes (excuse the gendered language, it's from the 1900s)
Football was designed for gentleman, but adopted by thugs
Rugby was designed for thugs, but adopted by gentlemen
Cricket was designed for gentlemen, and played by gentlemen😊

Can't get much better than a 93rd minute winner and extra special to see Tierney as the man responsible for it.
It'll be great to have the Scots back in the World Cup, it's been a long time since that Collins penalty in 1998.

You should try Rugby League……best game in the world.🙂

There is no such sport where I live. That is surely a northern England thing?

Cricket? What kind of sport stops for 'lunch'? 😉

I watched the match last night, absolute belter! 3 world class goals to send us through to the World Cup in Mexico - America - Canada. Some major flying hours between venues for all teams involved next year. Hopefully Ireland & Wales will make it through the play offs 🤞
Oh Yes Scotland Can Boogie and are Dancing there way to the World Cup….0 -
Well i'm assuming you live in bonny Scotland?! You would be surprised how many play the game there, sadly not on a professional level. Yes it's deep rooted in Yorkshire and Lancashire, but Scotland have an RL team, and have played against Australia, NZ etc. It is a 'working man's' game originally formed in 1895 when it broke away from the Northern 'union.' You should give it a 'try' if you pardon the pun.😏
