Hi, my name is Deborah_Louise! Recently diagnosed with ADHD
Hello everyone,
I hope you're all well.
I am new here, and have very recently been diagnosed with ADHD. I think I'm in a process of realising just how impacted I have been throughout my life, and hoping to gain support and understanding around this, and how to hopefully make things easier for me, especially in relation to my work as that has been massively affected over the years and especially more recently. Thank you for reading, and apologies for the very long sentence 😅

Good morning @Deborah_Louise and a warm welcome to the community. 😊
How are you feeling about the diagnosis?
I think a lot of us find that the more we start to learn about ADHD, the more things start to click into place and we can start to understand the full impact.
