Moved over to uc had Freind staying at mine sofa surfing now houseing is saying he was not staying there wot do I do about Freind and spareroom

    Hi,

    If you have a spare room then you will need to pay bedroom tax on it.

    Having a friend staying does not give you more bedroom entitlement.
