New claims for Income Related ESA haven't been possible for some time.
You would need to apply for Universal Credit to see if you are eligible for an amount which would top up your ESA.

Yes that's correct, you'll be automatically entitled to the only disability element paid under UC which is LCWRA the UC equivalent of ESA Support Group.
No medical assessment needed.
New Style ESA is deducted in full from your UC award, but this can still leave an amount of UC in payment.
The deduction is £609.05 a month, this is the monthly equivalent of a weekly benefit (there are 4.3 weeks in a month). The deduction is taken as an average so it doesn't matter if an individual claimant has had two or three NS ESA payments in that month.

Regarding all of the above , what's the difference between Disability Income Guarantee and Severe Disability Premium? Or are they the same?
As you can tell I'm struggling with it , it soo confusing lol
But getting there slowly

Disability Income Guarantee tops up your income related ESA to a minimum level.
SDP is not included in that calculation as it's a separate premium paid under different circumstances.
