Did you make a telephone claim or were you helped to set up an online claim?. Can you not log in because you can't remember the answers to the security questions? If so can you contact the GP practice and ask if the person that helped you remembers the memorable words? I assume that the two memorable words are the answers to the security questions. If you have a telephone claim there is no journal to look at. If UC need to speak to you they will send you a text asking you to call them. If you want to report a change or have a question you will need to call the Universal Credit number.

I know the 2 security answers (memorable words)
Was given no log in details.
Accessing my online journal often is part of my commitments which I had to accept at job centre. I could get sanctioned.
I have given that person who helped with my telephone claim explicit consent to speak for me at job centre0 -
This is something that the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service might be able to advise on.
This is a national service run by phone and webchat not linked to your local branch.
