Just wanted to know is Disability Income Guarantee the same as Severe Disability Premium?
Being moved to UC - I'm just so confused with it all

No, the SDP is a premium paid separately to the Disability Income Guarantee.
SDP is linked to PIP, the DIG is an Income Related premium paid with some benefits.

Oh I get it now! Just going through the process of UC migration.
Was on both IR and CB based ESA with DIG .
I'm sure/hopeful that it will all become clearer and sorted soon🤞
Thank you

Please see this thread for information on moving to UC when in receipt of both CB & IR ESA.
If you are migrating from ESA Support Group without SDP, you will be better off on UC.
