Can I get budget advance ?

If I'm currently still paying off a new claim advance can I still get a uc budgeting advance or not possible?? Thanks and what's best way to do it

Hi,

If you have an online UC account, you can access advances through there. That will show whether you're currently allowed an advance, and how much it would be.

Hi @krj991 I've been trying to find a concrete answer for you but I'm struggling. I found that you can't request a Budgeting Advance if you're still paying one off, but I know that you're paying off a New Claim Advance so I don't know if that counts.
