I'm on NS ESA & UC. If I get a WCA, which form might I receive - ESA50 or UC50?

I'm on NS ESA & UC. If the DWP send me a WCA form, which form might I receive - the ESA50 form, or the UC50 form? Are they more or less the same? Thanks for help.

  Both those forms have been withdrawn recently in favour of the new WCA50, which as I understand is identical or near identical to the old ones.
